PSP Metrics (“PSP”) is excited to announce the appointment of Jerry Ward as Chief Revenue Officer of PSP Metrics. Jerry is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience driving sales and revenue growth in the assessment and HR technology industry. As Chief Revenue Officer at PSP Metrics, he brings a proven ability to scale businesses, lead high-performing teams, and deliver innovative talent solutions that align with client goals and fuel long-term success.

Jerry entered the assessment space in 2001 at ePredix and played key roles through its evolution into PreVisor, SHL, CEB, and ultimately Gartner. He later joined Shaker International, where he led highly effective sales teams that significantly expanded the company’s client base and revenue, contributing to its transformation into Modern Hire and its acquisition by HireVue.
