Our customers can use our assessment tool software to aid with better measurement of key knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics (KSAOs) which have been found to be predictive and validated to aid our customer's human decision-making in the hiring and selection process. When we are collecting personal information on behalf of our customers (Potential Employers), we will retain the personal information in accordance with our services agreements with them and their instructions.
