PSP Metrics Names Scott Goodman as Chief Executive Officer 

PSP Metrics (“PSP”) is excited to announce the appointment of Scott Goodman as Chief Executive Officer of PSP Metrics. Scott brings a proven track record of building and scaling talent assessment businesses, combining deep industry expertise with strong leadership as PSP enters its next phase of growth. 

Scott began his career as a consultant with SHL/CEB/Gartner, where he advised organizations on improving workforce performance through employee selection, performance management, and organizational design. He advanced to Managing Director, leading regional operations, overseeing consulting teams, and driving strategic growth initiatives. 

In 2002, Scott co-founded Shaker International, where he helped grow the company into one of the most respected assessment and hiring technology firms. Under his leadership, Shaker—and later Modern Hire—developed scalable service and delivery models that supported global enterprise clients. He spearheaded the creation of award-winning, data-driven hiring solutions that aligned talent strategies with business outcomes and delivered measurable ROI. 

Over the years, Scott guided the company through multiple economic cycles, expanded its product suite, and consistently achieved double-digit growth. His leadership helped position the business for its successful acquisition by HireVue.
