Throughout his career, Dan has worked across a broad spectrum of applied talent management settings, with a particular emphasis on talent assessment and HR technology. He has served as a Senior Consultant and, most recently, as a Senior Director, leading multidisciplinary teams of I/O Psychologists and client-focused Project Managers. Together, they have delivered complex talent and HR technology solutions to Fortune 10, 50, 500, and 1,000 companies across diverse industries and roles.
